How will I see my discount level?
Simply sign in here with your email address and password. Your discount level will be displayed in your profile.
How do I apply my discount to my purchase?
Simply sign into your Rathbone Wine Group account before making a purchase. When scrolling through the Shop, all wines will automatically appear at your discounted price.
Does my login and discount carry over on Yering Station, Mount Langi Ghiran or Xanadu branded websites?
No, it doesn’t. But not to worry, as all wines featured on our branded websites are also available for purchase on the Rathbone Wine Group website!
Can I purchase a Rathbone Wine Group gift card?
No, but you can purchase a gift card from one of our wineries. Visit Yering Station, Mount Langi Ghiran or Xanadu directly to make a gift card purchase.
Can I update my own account details?
Yes, you can manage your account details by signing in and navigating to the My Account page.
There, you can manage the following:
- Billing and Delivery details
- Payment methods, including updating expired credit cards
- Wines included in your Choose Your Own Pack
- Pack selection and/or frequency of delivery
- View Orders and Invoices
Are my credit card details stored on the site?
No, they’re not. We use the Stripe payment gateway as well as an SSL certificate to protect your privacy.
I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
Please navigate to the Member Login page by clicking here. On this page you can click on “Lost Password” and follow the steps to reset.
I received damaged goods. I haven’t received my order. What do I do?

What are your delivery methods?
We offer delivery direct to your doorstep, as well as the option to pick-up from our Port Melbourne premises for locals. Simply select your preference at the check-out.
