Deliveries

All Australian orders are delivered via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes vary from state to state but generally your order can be expected to be received within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note these times may be effected by postal network delays.

Returns

All wines delivered to you by Rathbone Wine Group are covered by our quality guarantee. On the rare occasion that this is compromised, we may accept returns provided you contact us within 30 days of the delivery with your order information. You’ll be required to return the goods via Australia Post in acceptable order and packed in their original packaging.

Refunds

Upon the receipt of your returned goods in acceptable order, Rathbone Wine Group will issue a refund or replacement of the goods. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to complete the original purchase.
