Our Wineries

With vines first planted in 1838, Yering Station is proudly Victoria’s first vineyard. A jewel of the Yarra Valley, we produce world-class cool climate wines from our vineyards which are famously renowned for their expressive varietal integrity.
Considered one of the Yarra Valley’s leading wineries, our wines attract attention and admiration from wine lovers across the globe. So too does our estate – our historic cellar door, stunning signature restaurant and breathtaking grounds making for a truly unforgettable Yarra Valley wine experience.
Mount Langi Ghiran – Aboriginal for home of the yellow tailed black cockatoo – is set amongst the dramatic backdrop of the Great Dividing Range in the Grampians region of Victoria, producing iconic cool climate wines.
Looking at the vineyard today, it’s hard to believe that it started as a scrub block with a scattering of tin sheds. Replanted by the Fratin brothers in 1969, Mount Langi Ghiran has a long, colourful history on its journey to becoming the wine producer of distinction it is today.
Tucked away in Australia’s south-west corner just 4km from Margaret River’s town centre and an equal distance from the magnificent coastline, Xanadu has a long history of crafting outstanding wines that embody all the region has to offer.
One of the region’s first vineyards established in 1977 by Dr John Lagan, and now one of the country’s most acclaimed wineries, Xanadu is a true reflection of its idyllic setting and poetic namesake.
A testament to the family’s wine journey, the Chateau Yering story stretches from 1838 to today. The Rathbone family’s first owned site was in fact the very first vineyard in the state of Victoria. This site was planted in 1838 and its then-homestead stood under the name of Chateau Yering.
Today, Chateau Yering is a proud expression of great Australian wine from our nation’s leading wine regions. The Rathbone family presents these multi-regional wines to the world by means of decades-long experience and expertise.
